Carlus was born with disabilities but has always lived a life of pure joy and happiness! he was born with a condition called Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS). PWS is a rare genetic disorder characterized by constant insatiable hunger, metabolic differences, and developement challenges. 100% of the profits from this shirt will go directly to the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research (FPWR).
